Infus The project Infus deals with the meaning of tea ceremonies as a way to decelerate in the present time. A corporate identity for a room to drink tea was presented in an interactive exhibition. Besides screen printings, porcelain and other textile works, I designed a series of three knitted blankets. The patterns show the shadowing of icelandic moss, a lichen that can be drunk as tea. By exposing it on photosensitive paper, the shapes of the plant are abstracted and then converted into a two-colour pattern. Knitted in Apolda.
